Reservation Policy:

Reservations are recommended for all guests to ensure we can provide the best dining experience.
We accept reservations through our website, phone, messaging apps or in-person.
A deposit of 2,500 THB is required per person.
Please arrive on time for your reservation and let us know in advance if you are running late.
Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your reservation time, after which it may be given to another guest.

Child Policy:

We warmly welcome children at Su Va Na. Our aim is to ensure that both parents and other diners can enjoy a delightful dining experience. To achieve this balance, we offer an in-house professional nanny service designed to entertain and supervise young children.

Inside our dedicated kids’ room, children can engage with a variety of activities, including children’s TV programs, play mats, books, crayon coloring sets, and healthy snacks. This service is obligatory for children aged below 7 years. A fee of 1500 THB per child will be applied.

Rest assured that our nannies are highly skilled and professionally certified. They have undergone comprehensive training to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for your little ones.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours will be non refundable.
