Le spectacle des sirènes est super sympa on se demande comment elles font pour tenir aussi longtemps en apnée.. Il y a des sirènes dans l'aquarium mais également au service tellement FERN est parfaite,douce ,bienveillante,pedagogue bref la perfection incarnée,si le spectacle et le repas méritent un 5 étoiles,le service méritait un 6 étoiles. Christian MartiniVerified Perfect Ambience Booked a meal here as part of our holiday to Thailand January 2026, the booking process was really easy, you need to select your menu preference in advance. There were four of us, two ordered the winter menu, one ordered the non seafood menu and I ordered the vegan menu. On the day of our booking I received a WhatsApp warning us of potential traffic issues, which really helped as we were travelling from Karon to Phuket town. The restaurant is inside a mall and initially we got a little lost but were helped by a member of staff. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, our server was amazing helping us take pictures of our food and photographs of us in front of the aquarium following the mermaid show. I apologise for not remembering their names as I would love to give them appreciation here. We also opted for the wine pairings with our meals which were perfect and the sommelier explained where the wines came from and the flavor profiles clearly. We all enjoyed our meals however, I want to highlight that my vegan menu was wonderful. It is so rare in a non vegetarian/vegan restaurant to get meals prepared with such thought and to be so delicious definitely one of my best dining experiences. It is in the higher price range but, I would say value for money for a unique fine Dining experience. I can't wait to come here again when we next visit Thailand.Verified Absolutely Incredible Experience What an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was beautiful and full of flavour, and the wine tasting was a real highlight such a great selection and explained so well. A special thank you to our waiter, who was incredible. We were on a girls holiday in Thailand. The atmosphere is second to none. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, especially our host David. The food and taste was so carefully thought about, tasted amazing and the presentation was very beautiful and unique. We admire how polite David was and the passion he protrayed for the service he was providing. David was also so knowledgeable about the food he served us. The mermaid show was amazing. David made sure he always had a photo light on hand for us and took lots of brilliant photos and videos of our special night. The food was incredible and served at a good pace. We worked our way through the cocktail list, all very tasty and reasonably priced. The aquarium is beautifully paired with classical music. We booked early and asked for tank side seats which definitely enhanced our experience.
