Very Happy Restaurant Customer! Yun was an excellent waitress The atmosphere was amazing and the waiter Yun was amazing with the sharing the origin of the dishes and very hospitable. Overall the professionalism of the waitress and the atmosphere made for a complete experience. We took a taxi in and being dropped off was not an issue at all. The crowd was sophisticated and the general crowd was mature and everyone was having their own intimate experience. The best part was the personalisation of the menus and complimentary gifts! Finding the place was easy once you follow the signs for Aquaria, it’s a nice location with no foot traffic except for the restaurants patrons. Overall 10/10 experience, we will be back and the waiters deserve the recognition for elevating the experience with their professionalism.Verified The absolute best restaurant for that truly special occasion and experience The new Summer/Autumn menu is out at SuVaNa and we were fortunate enough to try it out last night (if you don't know of SuVaNa I would highly recommend checking it out, it's in the Aquarium at Floresta and has been voted the best underwater restaurant in the world, amazing experience for those special occasions). Sadly the English language doesn't really provide an adequate enough way of expressing what an extraordinary gastronomic experience you undertake when sitting down at SuVaNa, the combinations of foods to provide such a diverse range of textures, tastes and flavours have to be experienced first hand (you would never believe that creme brulee, miso, truffle flakes and caviar would work so well together that every taste bud is having it's own private party) Full disclosure, this place is not cheap, nor should it be given the sources of ingredients and their quality, also if you are a burger, fish and chips, pizza kinda person this would probably not be your ideal cuisine.
